Program

Montclair Early Music presented choral and instrumental music from early America! Early Americans enjoyed music in a variety of settings – they played consorts and tunes in their homes, danced minuets and English Country dances; sang hymns in church, and sang ballads at work or at the local pub.  In September we performed in the museum at the Washington's Headquarters section of Morristown National Historical Park, where the Ford mansion served as Washington's military headquarters from December 1779 to June 1780
